Chonkify is a digital product, delivered instantly as a license key and download. Because it can't be "returned" once delivered, all sales are final.
If the Plugin won't install, won't activate, or isn't working right, email support@sub.earth and we'll make it right — troubleshooting, a fresh key, or a download link. Most issues are quick fixes.
If we genuinely can't get the Plugin working for you, we'll issue a refund. Refunds are not given for buyer's remorse, lack of compatibility you could have checked beforehand (see the system requirements), or for license keys that have been shared or abused.
Nothing here overrides any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law (for example, EU/UK statutory rights). Where such rights apply, they still apply.
